By purchasing any of Trend Friend products or services, you are agreeing to the following terms:

For each account that has purchased Trend Friend products or services, only one Tradingview account will be granted access. To get access for additional Tradingview accounts, a separate Tradingview username, user profile and billing email address will need to be used to purchase the products or services separately for the extra accounts. 

Personal Use: All Trend Friend products and services are sold with a standard personal use only license. Personal use means that you are trading on behalf of yourself and only yourself. If you are trading as a business or corporation, trading on behalf of another person or persons, or are classified as a professional trader, then you will need to purchase a commercial license. 

Commercial Use: Commercial users are only allowed to use Trend Friend products and services with a special license that must be approved by the Trend Friend team before use of any Trend Friend products or services. Commercial users are described as anyone trading on behalf of a business or corporation, anyone trading on behalf of another person or persons, or anyone classified as a professional trader. If you would like to purchase a commercial license, please reach out to our team at contact@friendofthetrend.com and request a commercial license. Trend Friend reserves the right to alter the price, products, services, access  and anything else from the standard personal use license terms to adjust for individual commercial license terms.

Liability Release: Trend Friend and its associates are 100% not responsible for any gains or losses from the use of Trend Friend products or services. Any information provided by Trend Friend products or services is not financial advice and should not be taken as such at any time. Trading involves a lot of risk and by using Trend Friend products or services, you are agreeing that you understand that you are trading and/or acting 100% at your own risk and do not hold Trend Friend and it’s associates responsible for anything that results from the use of any of our products, services or information.

Reselling or redistributing any of the information provided by Trend Friend products and services in any form to another person or business is strictly forbidden and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

If you for some reason are not happy with the indicators and do not reach out to us for help getting better results with the indicators and instead go straight to writing a bad review of us, your premium indicator access will be revoked immediately, you will not be given a refund and you will be banned from any future use of our premium indicators for life. We are always happy to assist you in getting the best results possible with the indicators, but we do not take bad reviews lightly when you don’t first ask for help.

All trading indicators are based on probabilities and cannot predict the future, so expecting our indicators to be excellent at all times is not realistic and writing bad reviews because you don’t understand that fact is unfair. Markets change drastically from one hour to the next which can throw off calculations until price action returns to normal which can cause bad signals. Sideways, ranging, bad price action means you are going to get bad signals, as well because the market isn’t going anywhere. When the market is moving sideways and doesn’t give any signals the chance to work out, you are going to get bad signals. There is no way for us to filter that out efficiently in a way that doesn’t affect the performance in other situations, so you as a trader have to adapt to those changing conditions and learn to not trade during those times. And remember, we don’t control the price action of any market, we just write code that reacts to past price action. Past performance does not guarantee future performance.

We have noticed a trend of people not reading the directions, not taking time to understand how the indicators work, not adjusting settings to get their desired results, not changing the exchange they look at to get better signals, expecting there to be features that were never listed on our website, and so many other things that we have no control over and then without asking for any assistance, going straight to writing a bad review because of one specific thing they didn’t like. We find this to be rude, harmful to our business, and defamatory so let this be your notice that we will take offense to these types of actions and respond accordingly. Any defamation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Trend Friend has the right to update, modify or change these terms and conditions at any time, without your consent. By purchasing any of our products or services you are agreeing to these terms and conditions as is. By continuing to use Trend Friend products or services after our terms and conditions have been updated, you are agreeing to the updated policy also.

Trend Friend reserves the right to refuse service, sales and access to our products at any time, for any reason.

Trend Friend reserves the right to change our prices, products, services, subscription packages, or anything else to do with our products and services at any time, for any reason.

Any violation of these terms will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
