I got tired of using indicators that didn’t work. So I built my own.
Trend Friend started as a personal project for Lane Dotson. As an active day trader, I was frustrated with the indicators available. Most were lagging, repainting, didn’t deliver or clearly hadn’t been developed by actual traders.
So I started building my own. What began as a couple of Pine Script indicators grew into a full suite of 41+ custom tools trusted by over 2,000 active traders.
To this day, I still constantly strive to create the best possible tools that improve my trading and then release what works the best to my customers.
Building things and being creative has always been a passion of mine so building tools that help myself and others is a perfect way for me to express that creative side and I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of it.
