Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase and you still do not have access to Trend Friend, then we will give you a refund for the missing days. Due to the nature of trading indicator variable results, refunds or returns are not available for users that are not happy with the signals given. The indicator performs very well across almost all markets, but stilll needs a trader to make good decisions on when to enter and exit trades. Due to this, we are not able to provide returns or refunds for this reason. Only technical issues or not getting access to the indicator are relevant for returns/refunds.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
