Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days only. If you do not reach out to us within 7 days of purchase, then a refund will not be processed. We offer refunds for the following 2 reasons only:
- If 3 days have passed since your purchase and you still do not have access to Trend Friend premium indicators, then we will give you a refund for the missing days. If you provided the wrong Tradingview username upon purchase, we will not refund you for the days that you waited for access on the wrong Tradingview account. Please make sure to check your email & spam emails within the first day or two of purchasing to ensure we have not contacted you about your Tradingview username not being valid or another issue with your account.
- If you experience technical issues with the indicators, please take a screenshot of each individual technical issue you are having and send it to us in an email to contact@friendofthetrend.com. Make sure the screenshot shows your Tradingview chart in it’s entirety, including the ticker you are trading, the broker the ticker is trading on, which indicator you are using, what timeframe your chart is set to, if the market is open or closed, any Tradingview error warning messages and anything else that could help us diagnose your issue. If the technical issues are a problem that is due to our platform or indicator programming, we will review your screenshots and determine if your issues warrant a refund or not. Please make sure to contact us with details of your technical issue within 7 days of your purchase, otherwise we will not offer a refund. Requests for refunds for technical issues without proof of technical issues in the form of screenshots being emailed to us within the 7 day window, are not eligible for a refund.
We do not offer refunds for the following reasons: you are unhappy with the indicator results, the indicators do not have settings or customization options that you hoped would be there(all customization options are listed on each indicator description page), the indicators load slowly sometimes(usually due to slow Tradingview servers or large code bases to calculate signals), you forgot to cancel your subscription before it renewed(we send out reminder emails before each renewal), you provided the wrong Tradingview username to us when making your purchase, you lost money trading with the indicators, or any other reason besides the 2 valid reasons for refunds that are listed above.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
