These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website friendofthetrend.com (the “Site”), and all products, services, subscriptions, and content offered by Trend Friend (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Lane Dotson. By accessing the Site, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site, create an account, or purchase Products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
To purchase Products or access certain features, you must create an account on the Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at Contact@FriendOfTheTrend.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Each purchase or subscription entitles one (1) TradingView account to receive indicator access. To receive access on additional TradingView accounts, a separate purchase must be made using a different TradingView username, user profile, and billing email address.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke access to our Products at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
All Products sold by Trend Friend are digital goods delivered via TradingView indicator access. No physical goods are shipped. Access is granted after payment is confirmed and may require a brief processing period.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase) unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for each renewal period at the then-current subscription rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard on the Site. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you will retain access until your paid period expires. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes before their next renewal. Continued use of the Products after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card or payment details on our servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
Your purchase is final. Refunds are issued only in accordance with our Refund Policy. You agree that you will not request a refund for any reason outside the terms of that policy.
You agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank, credit card provider, or any payment method used to process your purchase, except in cases of verified fraudulent charges. If you believe a charge was made fraudulently using your payment information, contact us at Contact@FriendOfTheTrend.com with proof of fraud. We will review the transaction details and issue a manual refund if the fraud claim is substantiated.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback or dispute constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and permanent revocation of access to all Products.
All Products are sold under a personal use license unless otherwise agreed in writing. Personal use means that you are using the Products to trade on behalf of yourself and only yourself, for your own personal accounts.

Commercial licenses must be approved by Trend Friend prior to use of any Products. To request a commercial license, contact us at Contact@FriendOfTheTrend.com. We reserve the right to set custom pricing, access terms, and conditions for each commercial license.

Any violation of these restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and pursuit of all available remedies.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to indicator code, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, images, tutorials, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Trend Friend and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Products solely in accordance with these Terms and the applicable license type (personal or commercial). This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Participation in the Trend Friend affiliate program is subject to approval. You do not need to be a customer to apply. By enrolling, you agree to the affiliate program terms as described on the Affiliate Program page and these Terms.
Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying referred sales as described on the affiliate program page. Commission rates, payout thresholds, and payout methods are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse commissions in cases of fraudulent referrals, chargebacks, or refunded transactions.
Affiliates must promote Trend Friend honestly and in compliance with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate relationships. Affiliates may not use deceptive, misleading, or spammy promotional tactics. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account for conduct that reflects negatively on Trend Friend or violates these Terms.
By using the Site and our Products, you agree that you will NOT:

We value honest feedback and are always willing to help you get the best results from our Products. If you experience issues, we strongly encourage you to contact us or review our tips for best results before leaving a public review.
We reserve the right to revoke access to Products for users who post reviews that are defamatory, fraudulent, or materially misleading without first contacting us for support.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO TREND FRIEND IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our Products or Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at Contact@FriendOfTheTrend.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in the courts of the State of Colorado, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
