Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer, the Website, or any Trend Friend products or services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve any disputes with Trend Friend through individual arbitration rather than class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Trend Friend.
